What should I do if I want to return or exchange a product?

For returns due to any defect in the product, you can return the product within 15 days of the delivery date. The product you return must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged due to misuse. You must send the product(s) you wish to return with all accessories, the original box, and the invoice.

The refund for the returned product(s) will be credited to your credit card after the products arrive at the warehouse and their compliance with the return conditions is checked. What is the return period?

The product I received is defective. What should I do?
