1. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is signed between Tece Dekor A.Ş., located at IŞIKTEPE OSB 75. Yıl Bulvarı No:14 16215 Nilüfer / Bursa / Turkey, operating the e-commerce site tecemarket.com (hereinafter referred to as “tecemarket.com”), and the Customer, located at [address] (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”), under the following terms and conditions. (In this Agreement, tecemarket.com and the Customer will each be referred to separately as “Party” and together as “Parties”.)

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is the transaction between the Customer and Tece Dekor A.Ş. This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Regulation No. 29188 on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products ("Product/Products"), which have the characteristics mentioned in the Agreement and whose sales price is also stated in the Agreement, ordered electronically from the website http://www.tecemarket.com and/or the website http://www.tecemarket.com ("Site") under the umbrella of this site.

3. GOODS OR SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The type, quantity, brand, model, color and sales price including VAT of the Product(s) that constitute the subject of this Agreement are as follows:

4. DECLARATIONS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The Customer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they have read and are fully informed about the basic characteristics of the Product(s) subject to this Agreement, the sales price including VAT, the payment method, delivery, delivery time, the fact that delivery costs will be borne by the Customer, the full commercial name, address and contact information of tecemarket.com, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.

4.2. The Customer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes under the terms of this Agreement that they are aware of the essential characteristics of the Product(s) subject to sale, the sales price, the fact that price calculations are based on the Central Bank's daily effective selling exchange rate, the payment method, delivery conditions, and all other preliminary information, as well as the right of withdrawal, that they have confirmed this preliminary information electronically, and that they have subsequently placed an order for the Product(s).

4.3. Delivery of the Product(s) will be made as soon as possible after the stock is available and the payment has been received in tecemarket.com's account. tecemarket.com acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that it will deliver the Product(s) to the Customer's delivery address specified in this Agreement within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order.

4.4. tecemarket.com reserves the right to extend the delivery period by 10 (ten) days by providing written notification to the Customer within the 30 (thirty) day delivery period.

4.5. tecemarket.com acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that it is responsible for delivering the Product(s) subject to this Agreement to the Customer completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals, if applicable.

4.6. If tecemarket.com has stated on its website http://www.tecemarket.com that it will cover the delivery fee for purchases exceeding a certain amount or that it will provide free delivery as part of a campaign, the delivery cost shall be borne by tecemarket.com.

4.7. The Customer shall inspect the Product(s) subject to this Agreement before taking delivery; the Customer shall not accept damaged or defective Product(s) from the shipping company, such as those that are dented, broken, or have torn packaging.

4.8. The Customer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the Product(s) received from the shipping company were delivered to them completely, undamaged, and in good condition. The obligation to carefully protect the Product(s) after delivery rests with the Customer.

4.9. The parties agree, declare, and undertake that if, after the delivery of the Product(s), the bank or financial institution does not pay tecemarket.com the price of the Product(s) due to the unauthorized or unlawful use of the Customer's credit card by unauthorized persons, not resulting from the Customer's fault, the Customer is obligated to return the Product(s) delivered to tecemarket.com within 3 (three) days, and that the delivery costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the Customer.

4.10. If, for any reason, the price of the Product(s) is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, tecemarket.com shall be deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the Product(s) subject to this Agreement. In such a case, if the Product(s) have been delivered to the Customer, the Customer agrees, declares, and undertakes to return the Product(s) to tecemarket.com within 3 (three) days.

4.11. If the Product(s) are to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Customer, the parties agree that the person/entity receiving the delivery shall be responsible for its execution.
